Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what we collect across our website, https://www.pgt-services.com, and other sites we own and operate, and why.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form or contact us: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry. We ask only for what we need to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device details, and the date and duration of your visit.

Cookies and tracking

Some cookies are necessary for the site to work. Others support analytics and marketing and are used only with your consent.

We use HubSpot, Inc. for website analytics and sales lead identification. If you submit a form on our site, HubSpot links your earlier browsing here to the contact details you provide, and our sales team uses that record to follow up on your inquiry. We do not use this information for employment, credit, or insurance decisions, or for any automated decision that has a legal effect on you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it with service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements that limit their use of it — including HubSpot, Inc., which processes data in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not otherwise share it publicly or with third parties.

Your choices

You may decline to give us personal information, though we may then be unable to provide some services.

Retention and security

We keep information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship. Website tracking data is kept for as long as needed for the analytics and sales purposes described above, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We protect stored data by commercially acceptable means against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Other sites

We link to sites we do not operate. We have no control over their content or practices and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their privacy policies.
