How Long Have You Worked for PGT Services? What is Your Current Job Description?
“I started at PGT Services in July 2024, so it has been a little over seven great months! I was recently promoted from a Carrier Solutions Representative to a Sales Development Representative. In this new role, I identify, contact, and qualify potential customers by generating leads. I also set up sales appointments and provide initial information about PGT Services to prospective clients.”

What is Your Favorite Part of Your Job?
“My favorite part of my job is the people at PGT. The environment is both fun and challenging, making it an incredible place to work. One of my favorite moments of the day is our morning power hour from 9 AM to 10 AM, where the sales team makes as many calls as possible to connect with new potential customers.”

What is a Fun Fact About Yourself?
“I love golfing and snowboarding! I’ve been snowboarding since the fourth grade, but I only picked up golf during my senior year of college. I’m still learning the game, but I love the challenge and the opportunity to improve.”
