“I started at PGT Services in February of 2024, so it has been a little over a year now. As the Customer Experience Supervisor at PGT Services, I support our Account Managers in overseeing a portfolio of customers. My role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring clear, consistent communication. I strive to make every interaction with PGT Services seamless and worry-free, while upholding our commitment to high-quality service.”
